TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings received are subject to a 50% deposit on return of Booking Confirmation Form with the balance payable 3 days prior to the date of the event
All deposits paid when confirming bookings are non-refundable and must be paid 14 days from date of issue
Settlement of remaining fees to be paid in full cleared funds 3 days before date of event. Cheques to be made payable to Lollipop Events
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
Within 30 days: 50% of fee payable; within 14 days: 100% fee payable
There should be made available a suitable area/room for the use of the Entertainers for changing
If an Entertainer has been booked and is unable to attend due to sickness or emergency a suitable replacement will be found
The Entertainer agrees to provide suitable P.A and lighting in accordance with the Venue/Clients’ specifications unless otherwise agreed
The Entertainer agrees to provide up to date PAT Certificates for each piece of electrical equipment used throughout the performances
The Venue/Client will be responsible for the supply of mains electricity in the performance area for The Entertainers electrical equipment to B.S.I standards
